Your property is a huge investment and leaving it vacant while you are away can be very unsettling. Sunseeker Property Service is here to remove that uneasiness and offer you peace of mind knowing that your property will be protected while you are away.

Upon your initial consultation with us, we will discuss the requirements of your insurance company. We will then perform a walk through of the property, taking photographs of the furnace, sump pump, hot water tank, water shut off valves etc., we will also go over a checklist of items to be inspected as well as any other requests that you wish to have completed on the property during your absence.

Property checks will be completed on a schedule requested by you and in accordance with your homeowner’s insurance requirements. Upon each site visit, time stamped property specific checklists will be completed and photographs will be taken. These items will be compiled into a digital report and emailed directly to you, giving you the ability to monitor your investment from anywhere in the world.
